1445043649 7f17cb8fee chore(test): bump testcontainers Postgres to 17-alpine
\`make doctor\` 实测远程 Aliyun RDS = PostgreSQL 17.9。把
backend/tests/fixtures/postgres.py 的 testcontainers 镜像从
postgres:16-alpine 调到 postgres:17-alpine,与生产对齐。

同步把 STATUS.md "RDS 大版本对齐" 项标 done。
